    What to do when you have a problem with the website and can't find a solution - Support Tickets

    Do you have a problem with something on our website and don't know how to handle that?
    You can try to find an answer in our Questions&Answers or Tips&Tricks section. If you still can't find a solution there write us a Support Ticket and we'll do anthing we can to help.
    See below how to do that.


     

    1) Click on 'Support Tickets' in the Community Menu
    2) Click on 'New' to add a new request/question.
    3) Give your ticket a title. Choose if you want the ticket to be private or not (other users can't view private tickets). Select a category our problem relates to.
    4) You can choose a priority of your question. If you wish you can add a file, for example a screenshot of your problem. Describe your problem or question in the text field. Try to be as precise as possible. It will allow us to help you better. After you finish click on 'Submit'
